Why we made this?
‘CORA’ DRESS, PINK LACE (Viscose EcoVero)
Sweet and feminine, our ‘Cora’ is just like the lady who inspired it, my beautiful sister. I’ve always said that the shoulders are the most beautiful part of a woman’s body; this dress was designed to show them off. We’ve added a clever elastic detail to the top of the collar bone which allows you to wear this down – ‘Bardot-style’ or you can wear it as a classic gentle, V-shape. The light elastic waist makes it comfortable to wear, the tiered skirt is oh so flattering.
Style Notes
Our ‘Cora’ will make the perfect Summer Wedding-Guest-Dress. Pair with pretty pink strappy sandals and a nude bag for a dressed-up look – we only made 24 of these so you don’t have to worry about someone else wearing the same dress (a situation I live in dread of!!). If summer holidays are on the Horizon – she’ll look stunning with raffia wedges and belt.
Fit Notes
We’ve worked hard to make sure the sizing is consistent with the average UK brand so take your ‘usual size ‘as brands like Next, LK Bennet and Boden. This style comes up just right and the elasticated waist offers a little sizing flexibility. Daisy is 5ft 10 inches and wears the XS/8.
