Why we made this?
'HOPE' PINK IKAT
Versatile yet comfortable are the core tenants of a New Day dress. Our Hope dress was our first ever design and we have perfected the cut of this ‘midaxi’,cotton dress so that it is universally flattering. The elegant three-quarter sleeves, relaxed waist and gently tiered skirt make for a unique boho-chic aesthetic.
Our ‘Hope’ is so versatile and can be worn for laid-back daytime or dressed up. We are loving this ikat colourway with the vibrant pink and subtle accents of yellow against the crisp white background.
NOTE: This item is created using traditional block printing methods and is hand-made by artisans. The 'print' therefore is not always in the same position as shown in these images and can contain minor unique variations.
Style Notes
For occasions, accessories with gold heels, layered gold jewellery and matching clutch. Swap the self-fabric belt for a gold belt too. For more relaxed ‘holiday styling’, pop on some crisp white plimsoles, add an oversized Raffia bag and head out for a spot of sight-seeing.
Fit
Fits true to size and similarly to brands such as Boden, LK Bennet & Next. Designed to be worn as a long-midi. Emily wears the S and at 5ft 5 inches it sits just above her ankle. Slim fitting top so size up if you are particularly full busted!
